Hello blogger world!! I thought you might like to know a little bit more about the crazy lady behind the keyboard of this whole shebang (even if you don't want to know, just amuse me and pretend you do...please). First of all I like to get right to the point of things. All that extra fluffy stuff is nonsense...most of the time. Sometimes I like fluffy things, but now we're getting off track. I'm going to hand it to you straight forward, plain and simple. The most raw version of me.

• I was born and raised in the tiny town of Moroni, Utah.
• I grew up on a farm with 40,000 turkeys.
• I have lived with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes for the past 12 years.
• Anyone cool I've ever met has a mom named, Cindy.
• I'll choose salty over sweet any day.
• I want to teach because when I'm old I don't want idiots to be in charge of the nation. Oh, and because I love kids and want to inspire them, and help them reach their greatest potential (really I love the idea of changing kids lives).
• I hate when the bottom of my pants get wet...and when people pull forks through their teeth while eating.
• I have 3 older brothers, 1 older sister, 1 younger sister, and 2 parents (a mom and a dad).
• My family strangely gets a long very well and they mean the world to me.
• My heart lives in the Windy City.
